Aha here we go: those foods you mentioned are rich and carb loaded: aka its still working its way through your system, also they cause you retain water weight! Star eating foods with plenty of fibre in them (fruits and veggies) along with some moderate cardio, and plenty of water you'll be good!

Slow metabolism. People with fast metabolisms can eat crap all day and still maintain their weight, whereas people with slow metabolisms may have one cheat day from an otherwise healthy diet and gain weight. People with slow metabolisms have to work harder to be in shape.
Well I'm not saying to completely cut off all of the foods you like but you can have them in moderation. Also, some of that may just be water weight. Everyone's weight goes up and down daily.
