well your body may react different. consuming enough water is good for many reasons but your body needs the proper nutrients it requires to get through the day and survive, if not you're only training your body to adapt to a lesser form of life in my opinion by depriving it of what it needs. if you want to be a "healthy weight" you need to lose weight the healthy way and that means eating right, exercise, and above all, time and patience. people want to be rich and lose all the weight they want but dont ever want to work for it. you gotta work for something, put effort into your weight loss goals and do it right and you will get the results you want, trust me. its all in your mind.
ooh noice:D TyvM!:) I hope you find a way to reach your goals! that is both healthy and awesome :D
Thanks!! :))
What you're talking about is a 'water diet'. Its not healthy at all, and can give rise to health issues if done on a long term basis. Instead, just replace your normal food with low calorie food, and try to squeeze in some workouts/exercises in your schedule. That should be sufficient.
As someone who has had weight issues myself, this is what worked the best for me in reducing weight.
Well I don't mean all meals. But I guess you're right.
I'm also working out more, but if this doesn't work after a month, then I'm getting weight-loss surgery.
OMG, don't even THINK of weight loss surgery. It can give you quick results, but it can also have disastrous (and sometimes fatal) side effects. Believe me, a low-calorie diet can definitely do wonders when you're trying to lose weight. If you want more, then consider combing breakfast and lunch into a 'brunch', so that you have just 2 meals per day (brunch and dinner) along with small portions of healthy snacks in between.
Well how about weight loss supplements?
Weight loss supplements too are not necessary, but I guess you can try that because you're even venturing into the dangerous territory of weight loss surgery! Another important thing, make sure you stay awake for at least 3 hours after your dinner. Sleeping too soon after having food, can put on weight, or slow down the weight loss process.
The most obvious way to lose weight, is by reducing junk and fast food to a minimum. Also, stop having fizzy drinks and replace them with fruit juices.
Fruit juice has the same amount of sugar, if not more, than soda drinks. So I'll have to drink water and nothing else.
Not really. If you prepare fruit juice at home, you can choose the amount of sugar. 2 teaspoonfuls ought to be enough. Its MUCH MUCH less than what they use in fizzy drinks. Otherwise, just make use of some artificial sweeter instead of sugar.
If you are beig serious, you need to wake up. Taking pills which cause you to lose weight as a side effect is a horrible idea. They were made for a reason, and should only ever be taken for that sole purpouse. Especially those anxiety pills - do you really want some chemicals to mess with your brain? Replacing meals with water doesn't help either. You need to eat regularly and healthy, loads of eggies and protein, and decrease your carb intake. You can also count calories and lower your daily intake to something like 1600, depending on how much physical excercise you do.
And also, skinny doesn't look good on everyoe, just saying ;)
I never said I was using the pills to lose weight- I'm using them for their purpose, but I'm saying they will most likely help me to lose weight.
And who said anything about being skinny? I said I want to lose weight, not be skinny. I'm carrying around extra weight. I don't want to have diabetes and heart disease when I get older.
If you're going to be rude then don't answer my question please. I'm tired of this shit.
I have anxiety that is severe, so therefore I need medication to control it -_-
And the same for migraines.
I'm taking them because of the conditions I have. I would NEVER do a dangerous other than their purpose.
no, you need calories in order to have energy to live

Best way to be a healthy weight is to eat healthy. Replacing meals with water is not a good idea, but just drinking water will help you lose weight. Water regulates your appetite and helps your body function properly. Just drink a half a gallon, to a gallon of water a day and stop eating once you're full and you will lose weight
No. Food provides energy. Water provides countless things (literally countless) but it can only provide you with energy for so long. Food provides you with more energy.
Well I'll try weight loss supplements. There are ones that are actually safe and work.
horrible side effects (in the beginning).
You do need to stay healthy so water is really important though no, it won't replace food. You do need to eat you know.
Of course that is not healthy!
Read the book "Foods that harm, foods that heal" - that will give you some real advice on healthy weight loss.
eat watermelon or cucumbers.
