Are there any supplements that keep you from being hungry or keep you from having an appetite. I don't have much money right now and I'm trying to lose weight so I need something that will keep me from feeling hungry. I already drink a lot of water but I was drinking so much that my doctor told me it wasn't healthy. So now I need something really low calorie that I can use to replace meals for a while
I don't have any perfect suggestions for you but I've heard that lemon water is really good for you, lemons have something in them that make you fight hunger cravings, therefore you don't want to eat as much and you can lose weight. And there are some other benefits as well.

Aired pop corn without stuff on it suppresses the appetite.
Breads and grains tend to keep me fuller longer. However they aren't exactly healthy since you'd be lacking nutritional value.
