I can't hold down my food
And i exercise is not part of my regular routine
I went on the scale and I lost 5 pounds
I found it odd because when I weighed myself I have been losing
I'm not sure what it going on but I'm not on a weight loss eating plan even though I should be
I feel like I have to throw up every time and I feel really hot
To anybody else this may sound like a dream come true But I feel like I'm going to fall over every time
