sleep 8 hrs, consume at least 1000 mg of calcium per day avoid caffeine, smoking alcohol and excersice and you might grow a couple of inches. and you're lucky that you have long torso and short legs. when you become an adult you can go for a leg lengthening surgery and become taller and as well you won't look unproportioned
You can't "Get" taller except by letting nature run it's course. Your genetics pretty much determine that. You're under 18 so you still have a lot of developing to do. Just be patient.
116lb i dont think you would look chubby :/ your weight is average. Light jogging and yoga could help you get taller and lose weight. :)
