How to lose weight?

i am 5.35 feet tall and weight about 107-109 pounds and I want to loose weight! I eat normally, what means I can eat nearly whatever I want and don`t gain weight

3 days ago I started to do cardio and I burn between 400-500 calories but somehow I don`t loose weight? do I have to burn more calories? it is hard for me to eat less because every time I try to eat a lot of fruits or so I get really hungry an night and eat a lot of macaroni with cheese or something and I am a vegetarian if that matters
