so is PCG the reason behind the fat?
and should I return to Pro complex gainer or should i start using Gold Standard Whey Protein?
It's not really about what kind of supplement you're taking, it's more about the caloric surplus you're in. for instance: you can EAT 2000 calories and drink the last 1000 from a gainer or, EAT 2700 calories and drink the last 300 from regular protein. So whatever floats your boat. Eat more whole foods and drink a normal protein, or eat less whole foods and drink a gainer. Personally i've tried a mass gainer, but I prefer a normal protein and more whole foods. Amongst others I've tried: gold standard whey (which is way too expensive if you ask me, check out myprotein. com) and kept it at about a 300-400 caloric surplus instead of 1000. this way I gained more slowly but surely, without too much fat. it's healthier for your metabolism too and when you want to cut, you don't have to lose as much fat as if you were in a 1000 caloric surplus.
What body type are you. Generally I reccomand endomorphs to stay away from gainers except pre-workout in little amounts. If you are exomorph (which i guess you are based on the numbers) they can help you quite a lot. You bodyfat is pretty low. Relax anything under 15% is good. Make sure that you get at least 1,2g of protein per kg of bodyweight daily in your diet. (but no more than 2 under any circumstances).

Do not ever take any kind of of crash weight gain, I was a skinny teen and I blew up to being fat it does something to your body and messed me up for years and it did nothing for me but kept me on the fat side even when I got off of it. I finally years later took all the weight off. Take Protein but Gold Standard is like taking dog food and does nothing for me. Nitro Tech always helps me pack on muscle
