ok idol if this is a dumb question. if so I'm sorry. thanks for humoring me:)

I usually walk my dog for 6 mile. he's injured so i push him in a carriage and put my bag on the bar. So. instead of walking with a 20 pound back pack. im pushing 100 pounds. with nothing on my back.

just wondering if its a big difference. i mean its not like I'm CARRYING 100 pounds I'm not even dragging 100 pounds he's on wheels plugs my back is freed up. so it probably isn a huge difference but still.. do you think I'm using significantly more energy. I'm not tired but my muscles are sore and 6 miles doesn't do that usually.

Asking if pushing a 100 pounds on wheels makes a big difference physically compared to walking pushing nothing.

Im asking bc Is on wheels so i dont think that should make a big difference. however my muscles are sore and I don't know why.
