Best "cure" for sore legs?

Mkay, so! I've been working out a lot more lately... Annnnd my legs are suuuuper sore to the point where I can't walk that much :P is their anything that can help with the soreness?:) ↘

A good oiled massage with pressure starting at the top of the legs and end at the toes relieve the tension and lactic acid build up bending and stretching them as they are rubbed before a hot bath full of bubbles a lavender candle and a glass of wine followed by a good nigh sleep.

I feel you, leg day kills me lol.

Have you heard of foam rolling? If your gym has foam rollers, foam roll your quads. That helps a lot and speeds up recovery to make more gains! 💪💪

Haha but it does help. If your gym doesn't have any, you can get them at walmart and foam roll at home :p foam rolling looks weird sometimes anyways lol.

It just does lol, because of the soreness, but also because... idk... like not that its ticklish but it's hard to explain lmao it just hurts kinda like pressing on a ticklish bruise haha.

It's worth it cause you'll wake up less sore the next day, kinda like massaging yourself lol.

A "weak" workout will help a bit, but only temporarily. On the other side you can do a lot to prevent it. Warm up really good, and stretch >after the workout.
