Have you heard of foam rolling? If your gym has foam rollers, foam roll your quads. That helps a lot and speeds up recovery to make more gains! 💪💪

put them in bathtub filled with warm water with some menthol
A "weak" workout will help a bit, but only temporarily. On the other side you can do a lot to prevent it. Warm up really good, and stretch >after the workout.
I just drown my legs in a bucket of warm water and salt.
Have bf or gf give em a massage. Stretch them as well.
