I want to lose weight and some things I already do is: Drink water or coffee all day (no calories). Started playing soccer again, twice a week. I have to admit that during the weekends when I'm with friends I do like to have myself a few beers, I know they aren't good for you, but I don't want to change my ways drastically you know.
I can do fine without fat food for a week or 2/3 but then after a while I start eating a little bit more and more untill eventually I'm back to my old habits.
Anyone else had the same problem or have any tips for me? I do really want to lose some pounds.
