I though I was normal weight until my friends and I decided to go swimming (there was about 12 of us) and they are all really skinny! Is there any quick, effective ways to lose weight?
Not really, weight loss is a long term thing. You can do about 8 pounds per month safely with the right fitness plan and nutrition... (I've said plenty times on here before I'm a personal trainer of 4 years,) good luck!!! Go see a local fitness professional for best results.
