Is this normal to feel achy after?

Yes, it's normal to feel achy. All the contracting and your body getting rid of the baby is a lot on your uterus. Even though you miscarried, it's still like you gave birth and so the aching you feel is from experiencing that. A friend of mine went through a similar miscarriage and she was achy afterwards too.
So sorry about this situation by the way. These things are never easy.
I'm not trying to be rude or anything but did she mention how long it totally lasted. I thought I was done last night but have had a few contractions and tissue discharge this morning. The contractions are def lighter, I'm hoping it's almost done because it kills me everytime I look and see the clumps.
You're not being rude at all. It lasted a few days for her. The cramping and clotting was bad, then most of it came out at once, then smaller parts came out. And she went and had a D&C to remove the rest.
Today's like the third day for me. Little pieces of tissues were always coming out and then yesterday a big bunch and so I went to the dr they said it would finish on it's own which I thought it had last night. Maybe it's just a little bit left and that's what I'm seeing. I woke up having a contraction and have had another since so like 2 mild ones in an hour.
Yea your body is just getting rid of it. It takes a few days. She was a little further along than you. 9 weeks I think.
