3 potatoes
2 cups of mixed nuts and pecans
1 glass of milk
1 glass of kefir (which I think is goat's milk but not sure)

Lifer us like yogurt but more intense culturing. It's from cows not goats but very good for you:)
I don't know how much you weigh or what your activity level is so I can't say but if you're around 150 or very active or gave a high metabolism it looks ok.
I don't know what patty means like a hamburger sandwich or a patty on its own...

That's the high end Bc I don't know how big the patty how much cheese how big the potaroes are. So you probably are from 2000 to 2500. Normal amount for active or medium sized women.
It's not how much you had but what you had. Your diet should be mainly vegetables then fruits. Buts are extremely high in good fats but you can have too much of a good thing. Don't be worried so much about the Mount you've eaten but focus more on the content of it

No gurl eat as much as you like. You want to be fit, limit sugar and carbs. Look into a gluten free diet if you really aim for losing weight quickly, and swim or run, those I find to be most fit.
limit REFINED sugar and starch, NOT carbs. eat more fruit.
Carbs simply convert Into sugar after they've been digested, so why wouldn't you limit carbs? White bread and things like cereal and pasta (like every night) are the things that cause us to gain extra pounds. And all sugar is bad, except of course the natural kind in fruit, not just refined sugar, hence the "sugar" I wrote.
