Whether you're trying to lose weight or not that's WAY too little to be eating. Don't focus on how little you're eating, just try to exercise and eat healthy foods. It'll make you feel SO much better than starving yourself. Don't make the mistake of drastically cutting calories to try to feel better about how you look. Coming from someone that's tried it, you don't want to fall down that rabbit hole.

That's normal lol
If you don't eat enough, your body will eventually start preying on your muscle, turning it to fat, which WILL make you lose weight, but it makes you gain fat. That amount is alright for like a snack or a small meal (personally, I usually like 5-7 very small meals a day instead of 3 big ones), but if that's all you ate for the day, all you're doing is harming yourself.
Are you a rabbit?

No, that's too little. If you crash diet, your body will likely go into starvation mode and retain all energy... causing you to not lose weight and be discouraged... then eat really unhealthily.
Better off eating good amounts of whole food and exercising a bit :)Are you kidding me? That is not enough. Add some starch carbs in that meal like a sweet potato or black rice. Hell, add a few egg whites for extra protein.
is that all you ate today? according to my fitness pal, thats only 159 calories if you are trying to lose weight, this not the best way to go about it.
That's pretty good, however, losing weight should incorporate regular exercise. If you do that, you can probably lose weight faster and eat a little more.
No not enough, that's way less than I eat and I don't even eat enough food
You should eat more than thatYes

This picture makes me ill from the overindulgenceNo, although there isn't really any starch in the diet, like brown rice or something.
No, that's the right amount of food.
Are you serious? You need to eat more than that
No... too little lol
That's a decent amount of food
To much food for what? You only ate 2/3 of a meal.
