your body is already used to that kind of activity so there is a minimal if not no changes at all... try different exercises and gradually increase then sometimes decrease so your putting your body in a condition where it will not get used or predict what you'll be doing... it's also like when your in a detoxifying stage... it is recommended to do detoxification for 10 days then stop for about 5 then detoxify again but with other types of detoxification... :)

Try calorie counting - using myfitnesspal app makes it easy to do. That might give you an indication of how much you are eating and which foods are the culprit. You could try cutting out carbs after breakfast and increase proteins - that worked for me. by the way, rice makes me stack on the weight.

The amount it's about the calorie u take and the calorie u burn try to cut carbs before u sleep with 3-5 hours
Try carb cycling like 50-100-150-100-50 repeat
Before u go on serious diet ask doc
Carb cycling would be tough on ur systemMaybe you're gaining muscle weight? And losing fat
