I thought that if you eat more than you burn you will gain weight. Even if the food is healthy. Why is it that vegans or people on a raw food diet eat over 2,000 to 3500 calories per day a won't gain weight? A lot of you tubers ( mostly women) who are on the vegan lifestyle say that they eat 3500 calories per day and they are all really slim. This is without a lot of exercise.
No you can't east as much as you want.
It is a myth that vegan lifestyle won't make you fat. If your taking in more than you're burning you'll get bigger
The advantage vegan lifestyle is that the amount of calories per amount of food is low so you'll most likely get full before you exceed the calories you need

Youtubers? Would take their word with a grain of salt.
I wouldn't say I eat that much, but I do eat more than I did when I are meat. Maybe it's because they're all really simple easy to burn calories. It's a lot easier for your body to digest veggies/fruit than steak
