If you can leave home, go running once or twice a week. At home you can do excercises with or without aids. Without: the one you mentioned, also push-ups (different variations), stair walking/jumping/running. With aids: install a bar so you can do pull-ups, buy some weigths so you can train also shoulder and back muscles besides arms. Use a heavy weigth (bag of sand?) to do squats or to do stair running.

Yoga is good for a whole body approach and gentle toning. I'd suggest a class to begin with so you can get the basics though, easier with someone showing and helping. No quick approach though, everything will take time and effort.
you have this all wrong. i'm going to be a honest. its not going to be easy. and you need to keep the motivation and eat well. eat high energy foods. lots of evenly placed (small ) snacks and no large meals.
Diet is key. You can lose weight (slowly) being in a calorie deficit even without exercise. Get your needed calorie intake daily and minus 500cal and you're set. Just be active overall.

skip rope and burpies combined with pushups, you can work on abs when you have time, add some more protein to your diet if you start getting more advanced. good luck :)
*reads" "... a routine when I can do something easy and simple..." *stops reading* *leaves question*
you lost already.I think working on muscles wouldbe perfect. Or stretching a lot. Try yoga and weightlifting.
