ok here is the thing about the acai berry "diet" method...it doesn't work. the acai berry is about as beneficial for you as a blueberry...there is absolutely no scientific backing that they help you lose weight...or help you with anything else for that matter. almost every pill you see advertised online is a scam of one sort or another...they will charge your credit card for the jar of pills or whatever form it comes in...only to charge you again...and again...every month..and in some cases weekly.
my advice would be to stay away from them ...it is a waste of your money...
now if you are looking for something to help lose weight that is simple like this...i suggest eating almonds. non salted plain almonds...they have a natural effect on the human body ...where they will suppress hunger...now I am not talking as a meal replacement...but if you get hungry throughout the day...eat a handful of almonds... they will make you less hungry...plus they are just all around extremely healthy for you.

it doesn't work.. I tried it. The only thing that worked for me is diet and exercise.. I did Body for Life.. it worked so good my hubby knocked me up 3 months into my first body challenge.. I cannot wait to start a new challenge in January 2010 once I heal from child birth.
