Why am I suddenly so hungry?

I have a High metabolism, so I've been through being hungry a lot, but for months solid recently I went through a period where I had to force myself to eat ANYTHING, because I was never hungry and even felt a bit ill at the thought of eating anything.

And then a few days ago, I woke up STARVING, and since then, I can not stop eatig because I am so hungry

I am not depressed or anything, so it's not like I'm eating my feelings

I've tried to research it, but nothing seems very accurate

I'm not sure what you're going through but I've had something similar happen. I usually have a healthy appetite but sometimes I'll just go through a phase where food just does not appeal to me, even the idea of eating will make me feel vaguely ill. These phases have never lasted more than a week at a time though for me.

You don't think you need to lose weight right?
I know you aren't depressed right now but when you weren't eating much for those months, do you think maybe you were then?

Nope, never been really depressed , which is part of why I'm baffled

Well with your age teens can want eat more and that's probably why plus your metabolism is high too it all contributes

Teen body? I remember when I drank 2L of milk every day when I was younger.
