I think you need to change your life style completely. Change the way you eat. Find a personal trainer and dietitian. Always active, sit down as little as possible and try Hip-hop abs :) It's really fun to lose weight while dancing. Also, try picking up swimming, it's very low impact, so it is easy on your joints. I don't recommend running until you get into your 200's

Close to 200 pounds you need to lose. you can achieve it but it will take TIME and you gotta really work out. You're very overweight.

gosh that's obese. although i like big girls as i told you in your other question, but 355 is really obese and dangerous for yur health.
you need to be somewhere like 200 lbs, and that needs more than a year basically.
i've lost 130 pounds in the past by eating less and less and walking 1 hr everyday. start lowering the quantities as a first step, like 200 calories less during the first months.

Ask yourself the following questions.
Can you do 20 pullups?
If yes , you're ready.
If no , you're not.How would you rate your fitness level? How many push ups, pull ups, and crunches can you do?
You would probably need to lose close to 200lbs or more.
Look up the training and you be the judge. My best guess about 200
Right now, just aim to get under 200
