How harmful will it be for my health at age 19 to be very stressful but bottle all of that frustration up inside?

I ask because at age 19, I'm already dealing with a lot of stress. I deal with college, job hunting to find more sources of income for myself, train at a boxing gym to get back into amateur boxing again, my family's huge financial problems (that's been lasting for YEARS) and my father's stress and constant complaints. Seriously, it really sucks and I honestly wished I had a more stable and normal family along with taking back the mistakes I've made. Sometimes, I just want to commit suicide to not have to deal with anymore bullshit in the real world anymore. That's how bad my stress level is.
