Girls and Guys should I add more muscle/weight to my frame?

Hey guys I am considering starting gym on a regular basis 2-3 times a week (currently workout once a week)I just want to get some opinions on whether I need to put more muscle/weight and whether it would suit my frame or whether for my frame/height (5ft 6) i'm ok as it is
