5 years ago my mom died and I went through a divorce in the same year. That's when the problems started. I got on anti depressants, started going to grief counseling and seeing a therapist.
I thought things were getting better until recently. I've started having panic attacks, usually when I drive. I have new meds to deal with those.
I don't want to be on a bunch of drugs. Has anyone gotten through this? Does anyone have suggestions on other things I could do?
