I haven't been working out in months and I feel like I wanted to go back. Should I go back and workout???

Absolutely - for your own well-being more than anything else. I mean, being physically in shape is always attractive, but I know when I slack on the gym, I start to feel slow and blah, my concentration is shit, and just all around, I'm less happy and achieving than when I work out.

You don't need to beef up like a 300 extra (unless you want to, I mean, everyone has their own goals) but I'm always a big believer in taking care of yourself.

Yeah, I got injured too a couple months ago while working on my shoulders since my shoulders are very fragile and they pop out of the sockets easier.
