I'm obese and I started working out about a month ago and now my resting heart rate is in the high 40s. Is that still normal since I'm still obese?

So I have to lose about 70 lbs to get into the normal BMI range. I started working out for about 90 Mins every day for a month now. My initial resting heart rate was in the high 70s but as I'm typing this my heart rate is 47 beats per min. I do HIIT as well endurance training and different types of cardio workouts and swimming. I recently have started lifting weights as well. I am also on a low carb diet but I think for my weight 230 lbs my heart rate is quite low. Should I be concerned?
I have a fitness band which shows me my heart rate but I have checked it with digital blood pressure monitors and the readings are almost identical.
