Ah man, that sucks you can't swim whenever it rains! Swimming is the best workout. Since you don't got access to a gym, here's some at-home stuff you can do on those days:
- Jogging/sprinting around your backyard or living room is great cardio. Set up some cones if you gotta to make it more interesting.
- Pushups, lunges, planks and crunches are always good. Do as many as you can in a set amount of time. Make it a challenge to beat your score each time.
- Jumping rope is good if you have one. Or you can use a ropeless one by just jumping up and down. Great for your feet and calves.
- Look up some bodyweight HIIT workouts on YouTube. Lots of burpees, mountain climbers, squats and stuff to really get your heart pumping.
- If it's not too wet out, you could try running stairs or hills nearby too. Just be careful not to slip!
Hope some of those ideas help! Make sure to stretch real good too after your workout. Staying active is important even when you can't hit the pool.
