Make it more natural. Eating only twice a day sucks. You can eat like 5 or 6 times a day as long as they are "snacks" that add up to a certain total, feel me?
You can have "cheat" meals once or twice a week, it won't kill you, just remember that Moderation is everything. But don't quote me. If you having problems dropping weight then staying away from that stuff altogether may be best, but my example would be- If you go to McDonald don't get a combo meal that's supersized - Get one combo, make it small, and get Diet Coke or forego the drink altogether. Soft Drinks are killers. Yeah, people laugh and make a joke about going for fast food and getting Diet Coke but the joke is on them: an extra large regular Coke has as many calories as the friggin burger and fries, probably more. Soft drinks = Horrible for weight loss. Juices too, even natural, are all calories so you have to watch for that.
Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig work because they make it easy for you. It's packaged and ready to eat. You can do without it but if you want to spend all that extra money for no reason, go ahead lol. I mean, they make it easy for you but that's about it.
Specific workout? No, there is no specific workout for cellulite. Cellulite is an underlying skin condition that manifests itself more when you are big, I think. Just drop the weight and you'll see it reduce. Adding muscle helps. You also don't need a personal trainer for that - it's like having Jenny Craig - it's there to help but you don't need it.
Adding muscle will help you shed fat, which is what you REALLY want. It may not actually help with the "weight" but you will see a reduction in waistline and everything else getting tighter. Don't be afraid to lift weights.

I feel like I'm in the same situation. I have been struggling for years, going down, then going off my diet and shooting right back up. Just last week, I got frustrated and ate the way I wanted just for one week, and gained precisely NINE pounds. It took me three full months to lose that! UGHHH. I am at the end of my rope. I exercise a lot. Walking, hiking, swimming laps. I often fast one day a week, and usually eat like you do. It's ridiculous. Anything else I have tried (everything) has offered even fewer results.
Dont restrict your meals. I think i am fat and lots of people think I have an eating disorder because I only eat dinner. I did drop about 30 lbs but its really difficult and its awful. So please please please eat normal. its much worse than you can imagine. I think eat lots of veggies because their good for digesting. Dont drink sugary drinks or candy. Eat organic foods that are low in fats and calories. Have smaller portions. You can look up the 1000 calorie work out which is surprisingly easy. Take vitamins!!! Ummm lets see, obviously excercise. Swimming is a good sport because it uses your whole body and is low impact. Dont snack and if you do, eat veggies or fruit. But weight loss really depends on your genes. You may find it harder or easier depending on your body type. The most important thing is to be healthy and not just for the look. trust me, I know

My "good" diet is as follows:
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs (fried with Pam, not butter)
Lunch: 1 Gluten free pop tart
Dinner: Sauteed shrimp in peanut sauce
Snack: Ice cream ('cause I have absolutely no self control)
Workout: 1 hour elliptical, 15-45 minutes of core work (depending on whether or not I do part or all of my circuit), 15 minutes of lifting.
And I only drink water. And walk everywhere.
As for cellulite... cellulite is pockets of fat under the skin that can be diminished through weight loss and toning. Most cellulite occurs on the hips and thighs. Squats, leg raises, fire hydrants, and lunges are exercises that can help target these areas.

Personal trainers are expensive but jenny craig is even worse. The average Jenny Craiger spends $600 a month on food or more if they get the tasty / healthier jenny craig food options but if you have money to throw away - go ahead with Jenny Craig. I personally cannot afford it. My doctor told me to eat from a 5 inch bowl 4 times a day and he says if you are still hungry after eating 4 bowls of food, eat 6 a day and that is it. It should be 2 - 4 bowls of vegetables, 1 bowl of grain and 1 bowl of protein.
2 meal is not enough. Many people say they lose wieght because they eat often but little. Make your meals little but often. Like 4-5.
Cut your carb intake. Bread, pasta etc
You have to work out. That is a must. You do not need personal trainer. You can fallow videos on Youtube. They are great trainers there. Fallow exercise even 30 min. But everyday. Make it regular. You will see the change in your body.
And Walk. At least 30 min a day. You can listen music while walking. Make it more fun.
Losing weight is a process. And it is a long process. It does not happen like in a second.
And more important thing is to maintain your weight. How you can do it? It is all about to have a healthy style. If you make it your life style, you do not have to worry about your weight anymore.
Most people lose weight and think it is done. But it is not. Make it life style. Not just for a period. Change your unhealthy style into healthy one.You chop an eggplant into 4 pieces, then you put the first one in a glass, after that you fill it with water, you leave it covered the whole night and finally drink the water in the morning right after you wake up.

Change the piece every night and do it for 2 weeks, then stop for a week and then you continue for another 2 weeks, repeat one more time and that's it...Keep drinking a ton of water (especially before meals), cut out any sort of white bread or pastas, soda, etc . Eat 3 meals a day but make sure they contain lots of fruits and veggies. And obviously exercise! try going to the gym 3+ times a week. if you can't make it to a gym then go for a walk or run outside. If you can go to a gym try doing HIIT routines while doing cardio (elliptical machine, bike, treadmill, etc .). HIIT routines are the best exercises to lose fat!
Cut down butter. Think positive about yoyrself. If u think ur gainjng weight u will feel bad and then you will gain more from stress. Take deep breaths and be amazing.
i dont suggest jenny craig or anything. I personally dont think they work.
join your local gym and maybe go to a class once a week? Even if its swimming!
maybe if you think its a good day go for a 5 minute walk?- HIIT Cardio, Checkout bodybuilding. com if you haven't heard of that before.

Cardio exercises work out your heart and lungs more than any specific muscle group which makes you run out of breath. Respiration is how the body burns it's fuel. If you're breathing hard you're burning excess energy. So run fast and hard for short periods of time rather than jogging. It uses the most energy.Good on the water.
Eat veggies and lean protein.
Avoid high carbs and too much sugar, even fruit.
Choose whole grains always.
Don't eat your dense meals at night.
And you should work out some. It'll make a differenceFrom experience, Cross Country. I don't know how realistic that is for you though. Maybe just aerobic (long duration) exercise in general.
You need to eat more but with not very big portions. When you don't eat much your body goes into starvation mode & turns your food into fat. So it can survive.
Look up ketosis diet... Like Atkins but very strict on % intake of fat, protein, and carbs. It basically tunes your body into burning fat for energy and the best way to lose the stubborn stomach fat that doesn't ever go away. Last year I lost 16 lbs very easily with doing absolutely no exercise.
This diet isn't for everyone but I will be starting it again soon to trim up for the summer months
