I don't find counting calories helpful. What you eat is far more important. Avoid simple carbs like sugars, bread, cake, pastries, etc. Eat more meats and cheeses and vegetables. The most important thing you can do is cut out the liquid carbs. No soda, no juice, no beer or alcohol. That and dessert. Just remember: sugar is your enemy.

Don't count calories to lose weight, just eat healthy and exercise, sometimes there are empty calories in Food that don't need anything. You're body converts calories to energy, so you actually need them
Never go below 1200.
So maybe you should eat 1201-1300 calories a dayHow fast do you want to lose weight?
1500-1700... exercise for 30mins at least 3x week
