You can't. They are permanent. They will fade with time. They are tears in the epidermis of the skin. Lotions, oils, creams can't penetrate that layer. Only laser can. I'm glad I didn't get any while pregnant or after. Just gain weight slow, continue to eat right and moisturize

-Preventing them before they come out is easier. Moisturise.
-If they are still purple or pink, there is a chance that they can dissapear. You need a good dermatologist to prescribe you a cream in that case.
-If they have faded to white, you can't make them dissapear, but they don't look that bad
