Avoid fluoride poisoning. Easier said than done, but fluoride causes premature ageing. There are antidotes.

Avoid processed food that also contains toxic chemicals. Try to eat organic produce. Traces of fertilizer, herbicide, insecticide and preservative on/in non-organic will be toxic.
Even corn-fed (feed-lot fattened) beef is not healthy. They live in their own shit, the corn disagrees with their digestive system, so they are fed large doses of antibiotics to reduce disease. Grass-fed beef will be almost impossible to find in the USA. You might be able to find free-range pork and chicken, or lamb.
Anti-oxidant vitamins can help, but you don't need to take them every day. Every second day is OK. Multi-vitamins are useless, because some vitamins destroy other vitamins and minerals, so they should be taken at different times of the day. B and C are OK together, but they will destroy others like calcium and vitamin E. Take B and C separately.
There are facial exercises to keep your face looking young. Search the internet for that.
Facial make-up is nothing more than dirt, as far as your skin is concerned. It's coloured dirt, but still harmful.
That should get you started.
When you're exercising, don't do strenuous exercise for more than 30 minutes at a time. More than that can cause permanent damage.
You should still be looking good at 50 or 60.

My doctor is 59, and he barely has any gray hairs, and looks fairly young for his age.
I commented him once and asked him how he does it, he told me that laughter is one of the ways he copes with the stress of being a doctor.
He gave me an example of how when he received a call at 3 in the morning that a woman was going into labor he had to wake up and go perform a C section on her and some of the blood actually spattered on his face during the delivery and he just quietly laughed and joked about it.
That and he just a very laid back and calm personality.
My dad on the other hand is 57 and he looks awful lol But he stresses over every little thing and acts like its the end of the world.
I think attitude and how you deal with stress plays a large role in it.
I would say a combo of genetics, lifestyle, diet. All of the women on my mom's side look amazing. My mother and aunts look to be early 40's and are all in their 60's or almost; their skin glows and hair is amazing. I think it's the melanin, but they also take great care of themselves. Staying out of the sun, not only for fairer skin tones but darker ones as well helps tremendously. No smoking. Living a stressful life can age you as well, so stress control is important. Drink lots of water. Sleep well. Eat well. Very simple. Also, use all natural body care, like oils instead of store bought moisturizers, etc.
omg, that would be my mum. god bless her soul, she looks SO good for her age. and her mum too! both of them look 5-10 years younger than they actually are.
some men turn out insanely good looking too. id argue that many [not all] men actually age better than women.. just what iv noticed here.
id say it's a combination of all of those factors u listed.

yes@ my entire family. my mom's in her mid 50s and she looks 35 haha. my grandmother is in her 80s and she looks in her 60s. i look really young for my age. i often get asked what grade im in haha to put that into perspective, i just graduated university so... its genetics
My grandma looks great for her age, she's in her 70s and can pass for late 50s/early 60s. I had her come to school for grandparents day back in elementary school and kids thought she was my mom. My dad also looks younger than he looks even though he's smoked and drinked over half his life so I think it's purely genetics for him because most people end up looking terrible if they do that kinda stuff.
Oh I guess most if those things make up the reasons as to why people age better than others. But hey look at most of the richest people they look fairly good at any age so maybe it's just a matter of how much money you can throw at it.
My mom! She's beautiful and most people mistake her for being in her 30s
My mother ages very well she looks like 27 and she's 43, but she didn't do anything it's natural it's something in the family genes I guess
They use plastic surgery! :)
