If he didn't think you were skinny enough why would he have dated you in the first place? The great thing about people is we are all different. I know some guys that prefer skinny girls and I know some that prefer thick girls. You don't have to change your body type to be attractive, you just have to find the ones that are attracted to what you have.

Always the curvy girl. This means she is definitely a bit more healthy than the "skinny" girl. This is not to say that naturally skinny girls aren't healthy, but by nature most girls have more fat than the average male.
