Like can you be allergic to something for one week and not the next week? I developed an allergic hives outbreak and don't know what caused it. My dad caught it from me but he was better faster than me. I think I MIGHT be allergic to garlic paste cause every time I had a spoonful of it, I seemed to get a little worse but the symptoms weren't as serious on day 4 as they were on day 1 - very minimal and barely noticeable but still there whenever I ate garlic paste. I think it might also be the tabasco sauce I had or possibly the oysters or the 99% chocolate I had too.
A hives outbreak generally lasts only a week unless you take something for it. Then it goes quicker. It sounds like you do have a food allergy. Go to the doctor and get some allergy testing done. Some food allergies are lethal.

It's probably because you have never before been subject to a sufficiently high dose of it. Many allergies get discovered by surprise.
It's best to see a doctor for an allergy test. You'll than be certain of what you are (not) allergic to.Sorry it doesn't answer your question but
files.explosm.net/.../lamedoubleentendre.pngpersonally i've been allergic 2 tuna as a kid/teen... strangely not anymore... o_O
