My girlfriend is a bit underweight but she is trying her best to eat more, she looks a lot better than when I first met her, but she still sometimes gets dizzy or feels faint, like recently, she was laying in bed and she sat up to hug me and all of a sudden she went floppy, so I laid her down & checked her pulse to make sure she was okay, and after like a second or so she was okay but not 100%. Do you think it's down to her being underweight?
My first girlfriend was like that, she just couldn't gain weight and was tired all the time. She was fine medically, she just wasn't hungry at all. It must have been psychological but she wasn't anorexic, just couldn't eat anything more that was needed to keep her weight (173 cm/50 kg).

YES you should be concerned. She shouldn't be feeling dizzy or faint at all really. She needs to go to a doctor, only a doctor can really answer your question.
Do you actually see her eat?
