I got into the habit of eating all my allotted calories in the morning without eating anything until the next morning. The same thing happens that morning because I get soo hungry during breakfast. I eat my calories in a 4 hour frame and then proceed to fast until the next day. I eat healthy 70% of the time and haven't noticed any negative effects other than occasional binges that result from these short fasts, but I still want to change my eating patterns so I eat more balanced meals (atleast 2-3 meals throughout the day instead of 1). I've tried to do this, but I've failed everytime. Any advice?
You don't need to change anything, you just need to watch how much of the fatty stuff you eat. You can't pig out on ice cream after a breakup, that's how you get fat. I know it makes you feel good, emotionally but, that's how you start to feel sick, physically

Wait... healthy min for girls is around 1200 cals per day. If you're eating a 1200 calorie breakfast... I can't really imagine that you're eating 'healthy'.
Anyway... go for a brisk 5 mile walk each day. Voila. 500 extra calories for a light dinner.
