Exercise. Best way. Don't worry about the breasts. You are only 15. Worry about getting in shape.
High protein, moderate fat intake , take vitamins if you work out. Cut back on carbs.

Thank you! I eat yogurt because I like it though haha... I do drink a lot of nestea, which I know is probably the problem, I just don't like water! I am starting a detox water system soon, so that might help! Thank you so much!
I used to hate water with a passion too. The single biggest thing I did to help my diet was I cut out as much sugar as I possibly could. My daily intake is down to about 10-15g a day, and water tastes good to me now. It's all the sugar you're constantly consuming, almost every beverage out there has at least 20g of sugar, so switching to something with no sugar is a shock to your tastebuds.
Agreed! All that sugar goes straight to my legs and I despise it but I can't seem to pull away from Nestea and fruit smoothies, especially at resteraunts :P How did you manage to cut out so much sugar? My diet is still about 50-60g daily :(
Processed food. They use sugar as a preservative, so when I stopped drinking anything but water and stopped eating processed food my only source of sugar is fruit.
Your probably not losing weight because your starving yourself. I'm 5'3 and I need 1300 calories just to sleep all day long and never wake up. So basically I need 1300 calories to be in a coma.
So your body is in starvation mode and holding into fat because it's not getting enough. You need to be eating about 2,000
Most women /gain/ weight by eating 2,000 calories a day unless it's a vegan diet.
@DisastrousQu33n the problem is that people don't use common sense. If it takes me approximately 54 calories just to sleep why would is take less to blink, walk, run, chew, breath, move, etc. that's just doesn't make any sense.
But even if you eat meat and stuff you should still eat primarily fruits and veggies and them have meat an dairy with your diet. But still most people don't eat nearly enough fruis and veggies during the day whether they're vegan or not
That's true. But as most people eat bad food, or at least not enough fruits and vegetables, most women actually do gain weight on that many calories. If everyone ate right, calorie counting probably wouldn't even be a thing.
@DisastrousQu33n it wouldn't be but you do need a ball park of minimum calories just to make sure your not depriving yourself of anything
I agree you are already pretty thin I'm 5'6 and weight 135 and am pretty thin just have a heavy bust I don't reccomend you losing much more especially since you are still growing
I don't have a bust at all just because of genetics. That's why I wanted to lose the weight, to put my shape into better proportion :) Thank you though!

5'9" and 120 u r already very thin... don't lose anymore :/
I'm not really thin at all haha. I know my BMI says I'm borderline underweight but I definitely have fat on my legs and some on my arms. Just wanted to get more toned, not looking for hardcore weight loss or anything :)
Easy don't skip breakfast, it makes your body store fat because you haven't eaten since the day before, therefore forcing your body to store more resources.
If you're reach 115 at your height you'd actually be under weight...
Yes, that's what my BMI says, but keep in mind my very small chest which does decrease the overall weight. I'm definitely not skinny, I just want to lose fat on my thighs, arms, and maybe stomach.
If your BMI says that then I'd advise you to listen to it. Being too skinny especially when it puts you in the under weight range is not healthy. You can eat all the healthy foods, and go on these crazy diets, but at the end of the day being under weight isn't good for you. It doesn't look good either.
make sure you eat at least a light breakfast every morning and 120 for 5'9 seems to be a healthy weight
Sounds to me like you need to gain some weight
Drink lots of water. Diet and exercise.
