You're right - life is unfair. It's just different physiologies. When I get super busy, I lose weight instead and it's hard to find time to eat enough. Also saw this guy on TV, he looks hefty but actually runs marathons. He is technically obese by health department standards, yet he's a super athlete. So being big doesn't automatically mean unhealthy.
It's great you are going to the gym and putting in the effort! Just try to be the best version of you possible and be happy with that. Don't expect to change into somebody else. Honestly you might always be on the bigger side cause that's what your body naturally gravitates to. But bigger girls look fine if they are proportional, and working out will definitely help with that. Also, don't just cut out the high-calorie foods, replace them with healthy, natural alternatives. Ie. juice instead of diet soda. Some natural supplements out there may speed up metabolism too.

A lot of it is in your genes. It is exactly like what you are asking. You need to know your body and eat / exercise accordingly.
I completely understand you. Omw of my friends has the same. She eats so much and never gains anything, when we eat together I put on some weight and she still doesn't. Basically they have a very high morabelism.

That just means they have extremely high metabolism, and you have a very low one. I heard you can get a your metabolism higher by having a proper diet, a healthy exercise, and not skip meals. But I'm still not 100% sure about it. :-/
I wanna gain weight. I'm pretty slim. And my metabolism is super high. The only up side is I can eat what I want. But, at the same time I won't gain weight. Which is bad.
Because the genetic lottery wants you to die. Survival of the Fittest, ole!
I never gain weight cuz I eat only once a day.
