Perfect weight/ body on a girl?

I'm 5" 10, 127 pounds some people say I'm lanky but I just wondered what other people think as in my opinion I think I could do with toning up/loosing weight.

You're already really thin for your height. You don't need to lose any weight. You should be looking 135-140 at your absolute *lowest*.

Everyone's body is different and that's great! But we also need to take care of our bodies and give them the nutrients and energy they need. if you feel like you're having a hard time with that it's a good time to talk with your parents or school councilor.

I think you're fine :) I'm 5'9" and 121 and I get told to eat more really often which is annoying but I actually find it really hard to gain weight (I'm recovering from an ED tho) - but as long as you feel healthy and comfortable in your body as it is you shouldn't bother with what others think.

It depends on how you carry yourself really. Also each guy is diffrent, some guys like myself like women of all types ranging from petite to even a bit on the chubby side. Basicly, don't worry about it your fine

Yeah I'm not really sure how I carry it this is the heaviest I have ever been.

I don't think thats all that heavy in all honesty, sounds normal especially for your height.

I don't think you would need to lose weight at all based on that profile-- the "perfect" weight or body depends completely on the guy. Many guys won't date someone taller than them, but that's not necessarily a rule

Yeah I do find I am taller than almost all of the guys interested in me which is annoying but there isn't a lot I can do about that.

At 5'10 that seems like the low end (normal I think is around 150 but you can look this all up online). I don't know why so many people focus on weight. It doesn't mean everything, especially if you workout and have muscles

I don't work out anymore to be honest I used to go to the gym but I stopped as I didn't enjoy it so it was a waste of money

Yikes. At your height, I would consider you starving to death. 5' 10' is super tall for a woman. An attractive weight, to me, would be closer to the 180's.

180 pounds? That sounds like the opposite end of the scale.

Well, I am in no way into fat women. But I do like them full-bodied/curvy and soft. And that adds weight. For a "average" size girl, depending on height, anywhere between 150 and 190, at the extremes is very attractive to me.

You are probably around the ideal size for your weight. I know people shorter that weigh more.

At your height, it depends you could look normal at 127 or 147 Lbs.

5'10 should be around 130 for that taller toned, yoga physique.

im 5'8 and 140 lbs. i am very toned and lots of muscle so i don't think weight is a good way to judge. its more about looks

Yeah, I was thinking 127 was a little on the thin side. When your tall and a girl, it depends. I'm almost 5'10", in middle school I was skinny at 145Lbs.
