I'm trying to lose weight but have a really big sweet tooth and can be pretty lazy. I know like just squats and push-ups and the stuff like that but what I'm asking is like how many I should do and when I should do them. And I have no idea what's healthy but good. Like I drink lots of smoothies and am drinking more water and less soda. But I feel like everything I eat is unhealthy. Like tomato soup and grilled cheese or some chicken or whatever.
