Sure i have a general question: I've been doing crossfit for about 2.5 years now, i love it and my diet has changed quite a bit since solely because i am very competitive. I go about 6 days a week and i also play tennis and mtn bike during the week.
I just got out of a 4 year relationship 1 year ago and i love my new active lifestyle (i also loved doing active stuff however relationship pressure didn't allow me to do so).
So my question to you is.. I feel like i need to find someone who matches my passion for "active" activities (i haven't had anyone quite as active as i am)? Have you had any success with someone who is.. lets say under 20% as active as you are?

I think I'm fine: martial arts, swimming, weightlifting, and changing my diet have worked wonders.
Though what do you do for a post workout meal? The idea of downing supplements and protien shakes never sunk well with me. Seems too... unnatural. I'm not training for looks, I'm training to function better if that makes sensewhat music gets you hyped when you do Hiit training? and how much are those stopwatches that beep every 20 seconds or so?
OK, how do you start at the gym? Iaps it possible to get buff without supplements?
