Just keep doing what you're doing, and I also hope you're working out your core and your legs, as the more of your body you incorporate into your workouts, the higher the rate of fat loss will be.
Muscle development displaces fat. Like people who think doing a thousand crunches will get rid of belly fat; well, it will give them a stronger abdominal wall, but losing the love handles and hanging skin around the arms and armpits is actually you losing total body fat.
Weight resistance is excellent for burning fat, so keep it up. Change up your heavy reps for higher reps every once in a while, and as I suggested, make sure you're working your entire body out, and you'll tone up everywhere in a pretty short amount of time.

aerobics, boxing with wrist weights go threw songs 4-5 min from straight punches to hail Merry's to upper cuts, make sure your moving your core and feet, you don't have to hit anything just keep a good pumping pace :) and the muscle will do the rest.
Difficult to say without a pic, but yes, you probably have a body that more easily accumates fat and has a natural loose skin. I don't know how quickly you lost fat. In that case your skin may still tighten up. Anyway, since you have large boobs, you may still be able to loose fat and still stay female. But to loose fat, you need low intensity cardio, not weight lifting. Going heavier will only grow your muscle.
Sounds like your doing a great job so far.. What helps is boxing, and your already doing this but lifting, resistance band work, IT bands (I think that's the name for them) and some other ways as well. That I can suggest if your interested in hearing those ideas as well. Keep up the good work!! :) congrats on the progress so far! :)
