What else do I need to do to get rid of arm flab?

My arms have gotten really strong from being able to lift barely nothing to now 25lb in one rep is my highest. I'm doing lat pulldown, tricep exercises, bicep curl and chest press. Now my arms have lost a lot of flab but there's still some there and in my armpit. Do I just need to keep going heavier? I also have big boobs - is that contributing to the arm fat?
What else do I need to do to get rid of arm flab?
