I voted "F", since I know exactly how many calories I eat per day, since I'm currently on a diet.
My diet doctor wants me to eat less than 2,300 calories a day, less than 150 carbs per day and consume at least 90 grams of protein a day, well as as half of my body weight in water. So there is no "think I eat" about it, I know exactly how many calories I eat a day. I eat about 1,800 every day, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. I try to have one "cheat day" every week.
Now, before I was dieting, I was eating around 4,500-5,000 calories a day. I would still exercise rigorously (as I do now) but it didn't do too well since I ate so much. I used to be addicted to food. I wasn't what you would call "fat" but I had a belly on me.
As a result of my exercise AND diet, I've lost 51lbs in nine weeks. That is excellent progress.
realistically.. maybe 2,500. I would love to gorge on at least 4,000 daily and have no problems lol.
I honestly don't have the slightest idea on how many calories I eat in a day. It obviously can't be to many or I would be putting on weight.
Around 1200-1300. On weekends maybe 2500 from bingeing on half a gallon of icecream for feeling sorry for myself.

I've been without groceries for a minute, so I'm probably only eating around 1400-1600 calories/day. Typically I eat 2500+, but I burn ~4000/day from skateboarding, gym, dog, and other physical activities.

On a meal plan, so about 2900-3000 on off/active off days, and 3200-3300 on on-days.
Since it is Ramadan about 800-1000, but usually ~1500.

Well you need at least 1800-2000 calories a day to have you body operating normally. I personally eat about 3500-4500 calories a day.
