No never it would just make it worse for the first few months cause the little food u eat stay in your body but if u do intermediate fasting u eat in time periods every day start eating at 10 till 6 eat as much as u want in 8 hours and the food will prosses right and it works vary fast top trainers us it if u want u can shortan the window to 6 ,4 hours but I wouldn't go lover than 4 u can get an eating disorder. :)
