Recently had terrible break up and my brain is scrambled I can't think.
When I am under stress I have a tendency to take control by not eating.
It is not a road I want to go down I want to excercise so also need to eat enough and healthy so I don't get too skinnt.
Any ideas of things I could buy with minimun preparation?
If food was just put in front of me I would eat all day long!
