Girls, How do you make your period heavier?

Just wondering, lately mine has been light, and I really want to wear tampons cause' pads are annoying as F. Any advice on how to make my next cycle a little heavier, enough to soak a regular tampon? Also, What tampons do you girls recommend for being active? I jog every morning, and go for a bike ride almost every day.

I used to eat sour foods a lot during a week or two before my period date.
Vitamin c, I think.
Tangerines, limes, etc.
That made it heavier for me.

I don't think you can make it heavier. But what I can tell you is that you exercising daily could be a reason why your flows have been light lately.
