I have extreme fear for needle. What do I do?

Although i am an adult already, my fear for needle is pretty extreme. The thought of having a needle poked into my arm really scares me… I can cry just by talking about it in a serious manner. I almost cried today cuz i saw a little boy was struggling/crying while havng his blood taken. Yet, i am having a blood draw in a few weeks, i am really really scared!!! Please help! btw，closing my eyes doesn't help AT ALL!

Okay well it's clearly don't have a fear of blood, but km wondering do you actually have a fear of needles like seeing the sharp pointy tool or or actually feeling it/does the pain bother you more?

If you look away, and you don't see it coming it's over faster than you think
And here we get one every year. I'd rather have one little sting I barely feel, than get sick for weeks
