GIRLS!!! How do you make cramps go away?

Belly cramp = leg cramp

It's the same thing basically so the same help works. It's from your muscles getting tight and cutting off blood flow so there isn't enough oxygen in your muscle and your cells produce acid instead of CO2. Acid makes it feel like your insides are burning. (I'm finished nerding)

Heat helps because it'll loosen the muscle and improve blood flow.
Drinking water is the best thing because more water = more blood = more blood in muscle = less pain.
Stretching helps by pulling out the muscle so the blood can get in.
Pain killers obviously do what they say on the packet and go without saying.
Bananas have potassium, not enough potassium means worse cramps so eat them.
Crisps can be your friend too because salt can help you retain water (see drinking water) but obviously don't go overboard on the salt because it isn't necessarily the healthiest thing.

Light exercise helps. A hot water bottle is good for sleeping. Drinking a lot of water and avoiding caffeine will also lessen cramps.

I heard exercising helps cramp but when I do it, it makes it worst for me.

Heat is usually good, so use a hot water bottle pressed over your stomach, or try a warm bath.
