There's plenty of online resources. Get a set of dumbbell, find the exercises corresponding to each part of the body that you want to build up and that's it.
Push ups, pull ups, and lunges are truly great for beginners, however, using self-weight can only build you up to a certain degree (make you look leaner, but not bulky). When you feel comfortable with a certain weight, all it can do is just to train your endurance instead of increasing the strength.
And yeah, eat more, of course. Generally eat more of everything, but slightly higher proportion of protein (don't make it too high, otherwise it'll be Atkinson's and do harms to your body).

Most efficient would be to buy a set of adjustable weight dumbbells, with those you can work almost your whole torso with the right excercises. You can just google some workouts. If you can't buy dumbbells, well, get creative. When I don't have time, I'm doing push ups with a huge backpack filled with books to get me down to 15 reps. And dips. (chest&triceps covered). You can also do abs and core easily at home. Or find some children playground, the often have bars (even if it's where the swing is fixed at). Pullup variations cover shoulders, back and biceps. If there's a will, there's a way.
Well you can bulk up, or get stronger by training at home
Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, lunges, pistol squats etc
do all those exercise for sets and you will make gains
If you want to bulk up, you will need to eat a bit more
aim for 3000cal a day if you are really serious

You can work out most muscles easily at home with a simple set of dumbbells. The harder ones to do are lats, the only way you can really do it at home is pull ups.
So, you can't spare 45mins 3-4 days a week to workout?
By working out at home! :)
I want to torture you by making up exercises, if you're bored and you don't mind... Hit me up :)Calisthenics, then weighted calisthenics, like with. a backpack full of books or a cinder block
