Jump rope 20 minutes, walk 30 min everyday, and jog twice a week good enough?

I had a gym membership for two months. I worked out about 3 times per week for 1 hour. Apart from toning up a little I see no difference. Due to PCOS and medication I gained about 5 kg and I would like to get rid of this. Its so difficult though! Now I no longer have a gym membership and I was wondering If I jump rope for 20 min a day (ever single day) and walk my dog for 30 min. and go jogging 2 times a week... will I see results at the end of August?

My diet is clean.
