My diet is clean.
Jump rope 20 minutes, walk 30 min everyday, and jog twice a week good enough?

You don't really need a gym membership to lose weight anyway. Just find an exercise you enjoy and do that as often as you can. It's what I do. I love hiking, so I do that everyday that it's nice out. I've always believed that you should enjoy it because it will just seem like work. A friend of mine goes biking everyday because he loves it, and he doesn't do any other exercise but that but he stays thin.
You say your diet is already clean, and that's usually a big part of it. So I'd say find something you enjoy and keep it up.
I would say jump rope 20 minutes everyday and walking your dog for 30 minutes and then jog 3 times a week would be better because at least 3 times for jogging you can break up your week say you jog Monday, Wednesday and Friday, that is a good breakup and it gives you day to take a break and rest up so your not fatigued all the time from overworking yourself.

That may just work. You may gain more energy by engaging in all of this activity and feel better at least?
I'm curious about what you look like
