So I know you love food, but think about it this way. Your current lifestyle got you to where you are right now. I love food too, but I choose to eat it in a healthy way. This means, avoiding junk food and soda, eating lean meats, including greens with every meal, and drinking lots of water.
I don't mean you to have a complete overhaul of your food intake, but there are slight changes you can make to your diet to help you lose weight. Don't forget to exercise as well.

For starters - eat smaller portions of healthy foods you enjoy; cut out unnecessary fat, salt, and sugar; cut down on or completely cut out junk food, and anything super processed; and exercise more often.
