How can I stop my boyfriend from being a feeder?

Anonymous
I've always had trouble with my body and keeping the weight down but i usually try really hard to keep the weight off.

I love my boyfriend so much and we've been dating for over a year now and since then my body has changed a lot. My boyfriend spoils me to death and that's the issue. he's always buying me dinner and chocolate. He treats me like a real lady and he im no gold digger, but he loves to spend his money on me too. He earns a lot with his business and he says he gets more pleasure in making others happy with the money he has and not himself.
he's a extremely kind, sweet man and that's what makes me love him so much.

I've gained so much weight and none of the clothes i used to have fit me anymore. The other day he took me shopping at zara and bought me this beautiful dress. I pretended it fit and returned it the next day for the biggest size they had.

he's also broke his leg recently and is stressed out and when he's feeling bad he turns to food. Emotional eating doesn't effect him the same way it effects me. he's a 6ft4 man whilst im 5ft and gain weight like that. he's been ordering take out and sharing chocolate with me whilst we watch movies. We can't go out of the house because he's in so much pain so im getting no excise when im with him.

I understand im responsible for my own body and what i eat but he's very persistent and sees it as a insult when I reject food from him.

I've told him im getting fat and he says im not and my body is beautiful to him, yet grabs my bumps and lumps when we're making love which makes me feel self conscious. He even joked he was a feeder the other day. he's been making me think i look good and im going out in the same kind of clothes i did before the weight gain thinking i look good and then i see myself in mirror. Today i told him how much i weigh and he did seem genuinely worried for me and gave me the number for his mums personal trainer but i just know as soon as i lose weight, he'll be feeding me again.
